Noble Ant is the biggest and most innovative blockchain accelerator whose main focus is investing in early-stage blockchain startups.
Noble Ant is designed to help blockchain startups develop into more mature organizations. Noble Ant offers financial support, education programs, advisory support, and access to its community and infrastructure to promising selected startups.
Noble Ant expects to be the biggest and the most innovative blockchain startup accelerator in Silicon Valley, which will finance the most promising blockchain startups and convert them into mature and competitive businesses.
To ensure successful acceleration, Noble Ant will develop programs for each participant on a customized basis and connect selected startups with top mentors. Startups that choose to join Noble Ant will obtain access to its data and tools, customer network, investor circle, and more.
Once the crowdsale ends, Noble Ant will begin accepting applications from startups that need support. Some startups have great ideas but poor execution of these ideas, some startups need connections and advice from industry experts, some need legal support, and some simply need funding.
After reviewing all the applications, we will select the top most promising startups whom we want to help and who we, experts from Silicon Valley, believe have a lot of potential.
First, we will invest our own money into the selected startups in exchange for up to 10% of each company’s equity. Second, we will make the selected startups go through our acceleration programs.
To ensure successful acceleration, Noble Ant will develop programs for each participant on a customized basis and connect selected startups with top mentors: business and technology experts, lawyers and financial experts.
Startup owners will get the necessary help, they will get introduced to a team of experts from Silicon Valley who will guide them and ensure that by the end of the acceleration program, the startups will be competitive with higher chances of success. The startups will be Noble Ant proof!
Every Noble Ant token (NANT) holder can exercise his/her NANT to obtain a virtual seat during Demo Day.
Each blockchain startup selected for Demo Day will pitch on Demo Day during the minutes allocated to that startup. At the end of their pitch, each startup will offer a proposal. You, as the token holder who exercised your NANT token for a virtual seat, can watch from your own computer at home and participate in the process directly with that startup (invest in a desired startup at its early stage). As a NANT is to be used for the purposes of Demo Day seat participation, following the startup’s pitch, you can contact and partner with the startup directly. Noble Ant will not be involved in your direct partnership.
This is limited to the participants who have purchased the Noble Ant token (NANT). The NANT guarantees you a Demo Day seat so that you can access Demo Day to the startups that took part in the accelerator program.
Noble Ant is expected to be the biggest blockchain accelerator providing blockchain startup owners with what they will need to jumpstart their company: necessary capital in exchange for up to 10% of equity, education, legal structure, community of experts in the blockchain field, connections, and additional capital in the form of the NANT supporters.
